Event Information:
Frangipani - The most romantic restaurant.

Menu - First Seating (6:00pm – 8:30pm).
Mise-en-Bouche:
Freshly steamed smoked salmon quenelle in a light seaweed foam.
Carrot and saffron infused seafood soup with soft shell crab and orange oil.
Pan seared foie gras with a ‘risotto’ of spelt, green peas and crisp leek on a port wine glaze.
Grilled duck bacon wrapped roast chicken breast with rocket tempura, roast garlic mash and truffle sauce.
Baked semolina pudding served like a tiramisu.
RM120.00 per person.

Menu - Second Seating (9:00pm onwards).
Mise-en-Bouche:
Freshly steamed smoked salmon quenelle in a light seaweed foam.
Caviar on top of a truffle egg in a nest of crisp toast noodles.
Pan seared foie gras with a ‘risotto’ of spelt, green peas and crisp leek on a port wine glaze.
Grilled king prawn ragout with porcini tagliatelle, toasted almonds and sage noisette butter.
Verjuice granite with confit kumquat.
Grilled duck bacon wrapped grain fed beef tenderloin with rocket tempura, roast garlic mash and truffle sauce.
Baked semolina pudding served like a tiramisu.
190.00 per person.
